What You Need
Please bring a physical credit card (Apple Pay is not accepted) and your driver's licence. If your licence is not in English, you'll need an official English translation or an International Driving Permit. Only the primary driver needs to be present at collection.
Vehicle Handover
We'll finalise any remaining paperwork and guide you through a vehicle tour, ensuring you're comfortable with all features before departure.
Good to Know
Allow extra time for vehicle collection during busy travel periods (summer, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and school holidays). And, to get on the road sooner, watch your vehicle's user guide on our YouTube channel before arrival.

- Notify us if your flights are delayed or cancelled
- Head to our YouTube account and watch your vehicle tour video
- Ensure your toll pass is set up properly to avoid surprise toll and admin fees.
Drop-Off
- Notify us in advance if you’d like to extend your holiday (as it is subject to availability)
- Don’t forget to refuel the motorhome fully
- Don’t forget to empty the toilet cassette and the grey water tank
- Remove rubbish, wash dishes, and strip bedding

Driving Around Brisbane Driving Around Brisbane
For your safety, all drivers should familiarise themselves with the Australian road rules. Brisbane also has a few important driving features to be aware of:
Motorways & Tolls: Brisbane has several toll roads, including the Airport Link, Legacy Way and Gateway Motorway. Plan your route in advance and set up your tolls account.
School Zones: School zones operate on weekdays during designated hours, with reduced speed limits. Watch for flashing signs and always obey the posted speed limit.
Take Breaks: With a lot of highway and outback roads, the distance between locations can be greater than expected. Visit iconic towns and stop at local cafés to break the driving time into smaller chunks.
Parking: Motorhomes are larger than standard vehicles (3.2 to 3.5m high), so always check height restrictions, time limits and parking signs before leaving your vehicle.
Good to Know
Cruisin’ Motorhomes strongly recommend that you DO NOT drive at night. It’s just not worth it, here’s why. Also, please read the Dos & Don’ts while travelling in a motorhome and learn the difference between Sealed and Unsealed roads.
